Welcomed by staff, easy checking in and able to come and go freely

Large clean spacious room, with a super comfortable bed and pillows

Very small bathroom and we could hear the lift but our room was next door to it- ask to be further down the corridor

Lovely staff and perfect location for our trip.

Great location for our visit to Albert Hall. Ideal for Natural History Museum and V&A too. Staff were al excellent.

We ate in their restaurant for lunch. I would not recommend. Looked in at the breakfast choice and was not tempted to eat and pay £12.95.

Good value for money, very handy to everything, but need to update mattresses

Very centrally located for food and the STH Kensington tube station. 15 min walk to Harrods. 5 min to Hyde Park. Good breakfast

Bed very uncomfortable. Mattress?? old as no support in centre of mattress even though on a solid base. Staff attempted to fix.

A hotel with reasonable price to stay in a posh area in London

The hotel was so close to the tube station and the room was in the basement with window. It was a comfortable room to stay with refreshment supplied.

It took me a while to find how to adjust temperature of the shower. The room was by the busy road and it got noisy in the morning with traffic and people walking by as it was weekday.

We found the bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted. The room was nice and clean. The staff were excellent.

Good for a short stay, not particularly memorable.

Excellent location, beautiful exterior. Close to some incredible museums, and the subways.

Elevator did not work. The rooms are very small, and not very modernized.

As expected, but pricey!

Great location, clean rooms.

Price, as from booking the price had decreased considerably but hotel refused to change the price from booking. I understand T&C but disappointing there was no price match. Made me feel the hotel was not value for money when I had other family get theirs room which were bigger and better, for much cheaper price.

Great location but the rooms were not

It has a good and quiet location, which made for a peaceful stay. The complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

I stayed the first two nights in a basement room, which had poor access, a bad smell, mold, and spiderwebs. Additionally, some of these rooms don’t have windows. I upgraded to a better room, but the window faced the air conditioning units. The water temperature was inconsistent, one of the windows were leaking water, and the window curtains didn’t block the sunlight, making it difficult to sleep after sunrise. Furthermore, the noise from the adjacent room was quite noticeable.

Very satisfied with our stay which was for a local event.

Room modest in size but had balcony with windows which open. Room was clean and en-suite shower facilities were excellent. Location was excellent for us and although there was through traffic on the street it was not obtrusive. Breakfast at the partner hotel across the street was excellent and staff were very attentive. The lobby area was light, spacious and well furnished. Plenty of good places to eat in the area at a range of cost levels. Parking was at a separate location at the end of the street (about 150 m) and the hotel had a discount for guests. Close to the museums and Albert Hall.

This is an older building and so the elevator was quite small (four persons) which meant that accommodating large luggage was a challenge but not by any means a showstopper.

Location was brilliant as we were traveling to the Royal Albert Hall , so close , and near the tube station to travel around London . Super safe walking back to the hotel Hotel staff were so helpful. We even got checked in earlier than originsl time

Pillows weren't as soft but that's personal preference

We were put in the basement (family) room , so whilst it was spacious, our view was out into a dirty back yard with a broom cupboard

Disappointing.

The location of the hotel is spot on. This is the main reason for my return visits.

This was my third visit to the hotel. Prior to each visit, I have asked for a room in a quiet location if possible. On my two previous visits, this request was adhered to, with a perfect room on the back of the property. However, not on this occasion. So, not only is there the traffic noise etc, as one would expect in London, but also, the occupants in the room next door had their television set on from circa 11pm when they returned to their room until 1.30am and beyond.

Perfect location for the main SW attractions, parking is severely limited though.

Fantastic location for the Natural History Museum, the V&A and the Royal Albert Hall. Breakfast was continental style but not limited.

View from the basement room left a lot to be desired. Shower temperature was stuck on high (reported to staff on leaving).

A great choice and a great stay

Great location with excellent cafe and restaurants all round. The room was modern with many nice touches. Room servicing was excellent.

Floors were very creaky.

Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and cost

The room backed onto a school playground and was very noisy in the morning. The blinds didn’t quite cover the window so room was bright and people could look in if they wanted to.
